SPRING 2024
VIRTUAL WORKSHOP SERIES:
Frontline Nurse Leader Skills to Change Outcomes

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP SERIES
Your frontline nurse leaders are working hard to change outcomes and retain staff. Though well-credentialed, many also report feeling under-skilled when it comes to having the essential performance conversations that truly move the need. This coupled with a lack of work that fulfills their highest purpose leads to burnout
In this interactive workshop series, participants learn a set of evidence-based competencies to restore their sense of purpose AND change outcomes: leader rounds and follow-up performance conversations. Through reflection, practice, and feedback in a small group setting, participants also build connections with other leaders from various organizations.
These virtual sessions are highly interactive and offer a high-touch experience that enables leaders to leave with a measurable and observable framework to take your organization to the next level.
